A classical Winer-diatribe perfectly illustrating that he’s not on top of the issues nowadays. It reads chaotic too: does he mean that he’s pro-Microsoft and he doesn’t care about open formats (XML at that!)? (Note the unusual incoherent reasoning before and after the line tagged with the number 1). But the best part is:
