 This tutorial is easy and can be done in any version. Supplies Needed: Image of choice Silver pattern of choice Eye Candy 4000 - Swirl Pearls tubes - download NOTE: I have no knowledge of who tubed these pearls and if they belong to you, please contact me by email. 1 - Open your image and close the original. 2 - Set Foreground to a contrasting color from your image and Background to a silver pattern or gradient. 3 - Image > Add Border - 3 px 4 - Select the border and flood fill with your silver pattern. 5 - Image > Add Border - 5 px and Flood fill with your chosen color. 6 - Image > Add Border - 3 px and flood fill with your silver pattern. 7 - Selections > Select All 8 - Selections > Modify > Contract by 11 9 - Selections > Invert 10 - Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel - see screenshot below:  11 - Repeat the Inner bevel 12 - Selections > Select None 13 - Image > Add Borders - 35 px and flood fill with silver pattern. 14 - Keep Selected 15 - Effects > Eye Candy 4000 > Swirl Under "Settings" choose 'Wispy' or something that you like :o) 16 - Selections > Select None 17 - Image > Add Border - 60 px and Flood fill with your chosen color. 18 - Keep Selected 19 -Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel, using the same as we did in line #10 20 - Selections > Select None 21 - Image > Add Border - 3 px and flood fill with silver pattern. 22 - Image > Add Border - 5 px and Flood fill with your chosen color. 23 - Image > Add Border - 3 px and flood fill with your silver pattern. 24 - Selections > Select None 25 - Place the pearls deco ornaments on your image wherever you think they look best. 22 - Add watermark, re-size and save as a jpg.
