 Supplies Needed: Image Gold Foil patternt Filter - Medi Filter - Kaleidoscope Filter - FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss Decorative corners - if desired 1 - Open your chosen image, duplicate and close the original. 2 - Set Foreground to a dark color from your image and Background to a gold pattern of choice. 3 - Image > Add Border > 5 px and flood fill with gold pattern. 4 - Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel - see screenshot below  5 - Image > Add Border > 30 px and flood fill with your chosen color. Keep Selected. 6 - Effects > Plugins > Medhi > Kaleidoscope ... see screenshot below *Note: This is a great filter so chose any pattern you prefer.  7 - Selections > Select None 8 - Image > Add Border > 5 px and flood fill with gold pattern. 9 - Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel using the same as we did in # 4 10 - Selections > Select None 11 - Image > Add Border > 50 px and flood fill with your chosen color. Keep Selected. 12 - Effects > Textures > Mosaic Glass .. see screen shot below  13 - Repeat Mosaic Glass effect NOTE: If you are using a dark color as black or navy, then you will have to repeat this effect several more times to see the effect. 14 - Selections > Select None 15 - Image > Add Border > 5 px and flood fill with gold pattern. 16 - Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel using the same as we did in # 4 17 - Selections > Select None 18 - Add decorative corners as this is a plain outer border and great to display corners. 19 - Add watermark, re-size and save as a jpg.
